We are looking for an experienced MEP Draftsman to join our construction/fit-out team. The candidate must have strong knowledge of MEP shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings in compliance with UAE authority standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare MEP shop drawings (Mechanical, Electrical &amp; Plumbing) as per approved design and site conditions</li><li>Develop as-built drawings after project completion</li><li>Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural drawings</li><li>Modify drawings based on authority comments (DM, DCD, DEWA, DDA, Trakhees, etc.)</li><li>Assist engineers with BOQ take-off and technical submissions</li><li>Ensure drawings comply with local codes, standards, and project specifications</li><li>Maintain proper drawing revisions and documentation</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical or related field</li><li>Minimum 2 years UAE experience as an MEP Draftsman</li><li>Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage)</li><li>Experience in shop drawings and coordination drawings</li><li>Familiar with UAE authorities approval process</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>AutoCAD (Mandatory)</li><li>Basic knowledge of Revit (Preferred)</li><li>Understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical)</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary: As per experience</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
