G+1 Licensed Civil Engineer

We are looking for a G+1 Licensed Civil Engineer with strong experience in Dubai authority approvals and site execution. The candidate will be responsible for handling residential (G+1 villas) projects, approvals, and coordination with authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for G+1 projects
• Handle approvals from Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, Nakheel, and DDA
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients
• Supervise site works and ensure compliance with approved drawings
• Manage inspection requests and authority coordination
• Ensure project execution as per UAE regulations and standards
• Prepare BOQs, reports, and technical documentation

Requirements:

• Must have G+1 License (Dubai Municipality approved)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience
• Strong knowledge of DM regulations and approval procedures
• Experience in villa construction and fit-out projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

• Experience in handling authority portals (DM, Trakhees, DDA, Nakheel)
• Valid UAE Driving License
