G+4 Licensed Civil Engineer

We are seeking a Dubai Municipality Licensed Civil Engineer (G+4) with strong experience in building construction and authority approvals. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site works, handling approvals, and ensuring all activities comply with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise G+4 building construction projects
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, and DCD regulations
• Handle authority approvals, submissions, and inspections
• Review and approve structural, architectural, and MEP drawings
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety
• Prepare technical reports and documentation
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Valid Dubai Municipality G+4 Engineer License (Mandatory)
• Minimum 3+ years UAE experience in building construction
• Strong knowledge of DM approval procedures and regulations
• Experience in permit applications and inspection processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Candidate:

• UAE Driving License preferred
• Experience in villa and mid-rise (G+4) projects
