Reception cum Accountant
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting:Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for hospital management.
- Billing & Claims:Manage the billing process for patients and insurance companies, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and processing.
- Accounts Management:Oversee accounts receivable (money owed to the hospital) and accounts payable (money owed by the hospital), ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Compliance & Audits:Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations, coordinate internal and external audits, and maintain financial integrity.
- Reconciliation:Reconcile various accounts, including bank statements, to maintain accurate financial records.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education:A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a fundamental requirement.
- Healthcare Experience:Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency with financial software (Tally, TRP9) and healthcare management systems is essential.
- Analytical Skills:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are necessary to interpret financial data.
- Communication:Excellent communication skills are needed to interact with various departments and present findings to management.
- Regulatory Knowledge:A solid understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and accounting principles is crucial.
Front Desk Executive: Oversee coordination of patient flow in OPD and answer calls related to managing appointments. Coordinating doctors schedules and patient flow.
