Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Process and enter financial data accurately, maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation
- Conduct bank reconciliations and oversee petty cash management (tracking & replenishing)
- Assist with payroll & EOBI processing
- Handle tax compliance, filing, planning, and research
- Coordinate with Admin for purchase orders and vendor payments
- Prepare timely monthly and annual financial reports for operating entities and related companies
- Generate detailed owner statements summarizing transactions, charges, and payments
- Manage inter-company transactions and account reconciliations (GL, sub-ledgers, bank statements)
- Assist during external audits—compile and provide required documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and strata/resort-related regulations
- Provide legal support to the CEO as needed
Minimum Qualification
- Finance specialization (e.g., Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent; professional qualifications related to finance may be preferred)
Experience
- 6 to 1 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
Skills & Requirements
- Proficient with accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Solid understanding of financial methodologies, accounting principles, and payroll
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and organizational abilities—capable of collaborating with finance, admin, and legal teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
