At Secure State Services LLC, we specialize in fire protection, safety, and security solutions that safeguard people and property across the UAE and UK since 2003. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team and manage the financial health of our projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns as per UAE law.
• Track project and AMC expenses, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Prepare monthly/annual financial statements and cash flow reports.
• Ensure timely client invoicing and follow-up on collections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
• 3–5 years of accounting experience (fire & safety/engineering/FM preferred).
• Knowledge of UAE VAT compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
