Accountant

GR Trading Company, a leading supplier of industrial machines and raw materials (CO2 & Fiber Laser Machines, CNC Routers, UV Printers, Laminators, Plotters, Air Compressors, and AIMA Store materials), is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, statements, and reports.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense management.
• Coordinate with management for financial planning and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP, or equivalent).
• Good understanding of taxation and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
