VACANCY: ACCOUNTANT
( SPORTS SHOWROOM)
EXP REQUIRED : 3+ YEARS
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and accounting records (sales, purchases, returns, expenses, etc.).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and financial statements.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and cash flow management.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly.
- Oversee and manage showroom inventory accounting and stock movement.
- Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders, supplier invoices, and vendor payments.
- Process payroll, staff advances, and maintain employee financial records (if required).
- File monthly GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collections and payments.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or showroom operations.
- Proficient in accounting software (CATPRO, BUSY etc.).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation rules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
