Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accounts Manager with in-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise in GST compliance, taxation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete GST lifecycle, from registrations to return filings, audits, and reconciliations, while ensuring overall financial compliance and accounting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end GST compliance including monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, 9C).
• Monitor GST input tax credit (ITC) and ensure timely reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B.
• Manage GST audits, assessments, and ensure timely resolution of notices or queries.
• Ensure timely and accurate TDS/TCS compliance, filing returns, and reconciliation.
• Maintain and review accounting records, ledger scrutiny, and book closure activities.
• Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for tax audits and financial audits.
• Develop and implement internal control procedures to improve compliance and reduce tax liabilities.
• Stay updated with GST amendments, notifications, and circulars.
• Liaise with tax consultants and government departments as needed.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and provide training on tax updates and processes.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or Finance (CA Inter/MBA preferred).
• Minimum 6–8 years of hands-on experience in GST and tax compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, and GST portal.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and understanding of tax law implications.
• Good communication and team leadership skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
