- Establish, maintain and reconcile full set of accounts
- Prepare monthly P&L, income statements and balance sheets
- Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls
- Must be knowledgeble in using cloud accounting softwares like ZOHO, Quickbooks, Peachtree.
- Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements
- Process and record monthly invoices
- Prepare monthly payments
- Maintain proper accounting record and filing
- Filing of all financial files, records and relevant documents
- Process monthly payroll
- Record and track team leave
- Assist in liaising with external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary, etc.
- Manage office maintenance, servicing and supplies
- Provide administrative assistance to management
- Propose and implement suitable financial policies and procedures as and when required
- Propose the crucial financial strategies and budget for successive years to improve the company financial run.
Job requirements
- Experienced in general account, finance and relevant areas
- Knowledge in Fedral VAT filing and GSt filing is preferred
- Resourceful, with a positive and problem-solving attitude
- Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail
- Responsible and Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work well under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and Sheets
- Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective cross-functional team work
- A Diploma or Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred
- Has 2-3 years relevant experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
