As we expand, we're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team and help manage the financial operations of the company with accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Monitor and manage company budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasting.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Maintain organized financial records and support documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g, Zoho Books) and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
