Job Title: Accountant - Client Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting

Job Type: Full Time On-Site

Location: Karachi (not a remote position)

Interview: Walk-in Interview at Office F17, First Floor, Sohni Shopping Mall, Near Karimabad, Karachi (Preference will be given to nearby residents of FB Area, Liaquatabad, North Nazimabad, etc. Candidates living 7 km beyond are asked not to visit)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday: Saturday two hours only)

Salary: PKR 55,000/- per month

About Us:
We are a growing outsourcing and bookkeeping firm providing professional accounting, payroll, and back-office support to clients in the US and Pakistan. We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our Karachi office and manage the bookkeeping and financial reporting of multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients.
• Perform monthly closing and prepare financial statements by 10th of every month.
• Record and reconcile adjustable and withholding taxes accurately.
• Ensure compliance with basic accounting principles and standards.
• Use ERP and accounting software, especially QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks Online.
• Lead and supervise Account Executives to ensure timely and accurate work delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Desktop & Online); familiarity with other ERP/accounting software is a plus.
• Must own a motorbike (for commute/visits if needed, fuel allowance will be provided).
• Strong leadership and team management skills to manage account executives.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
