Accountant

Lahore, Pakistan

  • Prepare and maintain monthly accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure that company records match bank statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of the trial balance, verifying accuracy and completeness of ledgers.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage complex spreadsheets for financial tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to prepare various financial reports and statements.
  • Maintain and update accounting records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an accounting role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated expertise in preparing monthly accounts and performing bank reconciliations.
  • Experience assisting with the creation of a trial balance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
