Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Handle GST, TDS, and income tax filings
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting
• Support the finance team in improving financial processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Knowledge of tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other accounting tools
• Knowledge of payroll processing
