About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at KPS Construction – Civil and Interiors. The role involves managing accounting tasks, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Freshers with strong academic knowledge and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payments.

· Maintain ledgers, financial records, and project-wise cost reports.

· Assist in accounts payable and receivable management.

· Support in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

· Reconcile bank statements and support cash flow monitoring.

· Assist management with expense tracking and financial reports.

· Coordinate with auditors and vendors as required.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (M.Com preferred).

· Fresher to 3 years of experience in accounting (construction/interiors industry experience is a plus).

· Knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS Office.

· Understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliance basics.

· Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn.
