Job - Accountant (Male Candidate only)

Experience: 1 year to 2 year

Education: B.com/Mcom/MBA in Finance

Salary: 10k- 15k per month

Job description:

1)Maintain the monthly account maintained detail provide to be senior. Maintain all employee account number in one sheet.

2)Maintain that the entry of the letter heads uses any work to maintain the record in record book.

3)Would maintained by accountant for all the courier sent giving details of courier number, cheques number, name of party, amount update all details in register accordingly.

4)Issue of Cheques/RTGS/NEFT/Remittance/Direct Debit once the same is approved for payment, payment entry would be made in the book of accounts by account executive on the same day.

5)Every three month budget will be maintain. Verify that all account and funds with budget. Planning on budget maintenances.

6)The accountant will prepare monthly salary sheet by / before the 5th of every month on the basis of attendance and leave records of the employee, late mark.

7)The salary sheet then be checked and approved by the authorized person.

8) Good knowledge about PF ,ESIC.

9)Strong verbal and written communication in english.
