VERTX Robotics Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing company in the field of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, specializing in training, R&D, product development, and lab implementation in schools and institutions. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team and support our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L accounts.
• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with auditors and prepare necessary documentation.
• Manage bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and petty cash transactions.
• Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and expenses.
• Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of proven experience as an Accountant (experience in robotics/education/tech sector is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• In-depth understanding of Indian taxation and compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
