We are hiring a competent and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage financial records as well as maintain comprehensive details of products and articles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and manage day-to-day financial transactions.
  • Maintain detailed records of product and article data, including pricing, quantities, specifications, and stock movements.
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory and stock reports.
  • Prepare and organize work product documentation for internal use and audits.
  • Support procurement and logistics teams with accurate product information.
  • Generate regular financial and product-related reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or inventory/product data management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/inventory software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of product and article data with accuracy.
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month
