Accountant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to grow their careers in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable process and vendor reconciliations
• Prepare and review Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Handle petty cash transactions and reporting
• Support payroll processing and related entries
• Ensure proper deduction and filing of withholding taxes on payables
• Prepare and process check printing and oversee bank visits for transactions
• Work with and maintain accuracy in accounting software for daily postings
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting (completed) OR currently pursuing an accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CA, CMA)
• 0–6 months of relevant experience in accounting/finance
• Good understanding of accounting principles and processes
• Proficiency with MS Excel and prior exposure to accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
