Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to oversee administrative tasks and manage accounting operations for Alot Kitchen. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative:

• Maintain staff records, attendance, and operational documentation.
• Support kitchen management and supervisors in workflow coordination.
• Handle communication with suppliers, staff, and management.
• Assist in logistics and order processing when required.

Accounting:

• Manage daily cash flow, petty cash, and expense records.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and payments.
• Assist with purchase orders, inventory-related accounts, and reporting.
• Coordinate with the finance team for monthly statements.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in administration and accounting.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 2,500 – 3,500 (depending on performance in interview & experience).
• Food and accommodation provided by the company.
