Job Title: Accountant

Location: Gurgaon, Sector-19, Phase -5
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the finance team with accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure timely invoicing, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Work closely with internal teams to track sales, returns, and e-commerce transactions.
• Support in audits and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (E-commerce industry experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
