Accountant

Job Description:

Marcon Signage Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, including the creation of invoices, e-way bills, planning payments and receivables, and overseeing all financial activities to ensure smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage invoices and e-way bills in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Plan and schedule payments and receivables, ensuring timely processing.
• Monitor and oversee the company's financial activities and transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
• Manage payroll and employee reimbursements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Provide support during financial planning and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and tax regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as TALLY and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with e-way bills and other financial documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 12th Pass or Graduate Minimum

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
