Accountant

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes, including A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries.
  • Generate and post sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized records and files of sales invoices and sales orders for easy accessibility and audit purposes.
  • Perform regular reconciliation of client ledgers to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
  • Handling and maintaining physical documents / files to ensure accurate documentation and quick retrieval.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years in Similar role (Manufacturing Background will be preferred)
  • Graduation
  • Must have knowledge of P&L and complete Accounting cycle
  • Good analytical skills and commercial awareness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Accounts: 3 years (Required)
