Accountant (UAE Real Estate Experience)

Job Description:
Abul Hashem Group – Real Estate Division is currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant with experience in UAE or with real estate/ property management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare and reconcile accounts, invoices, and statements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Process monthly closing and prepare necessary financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Monitor and manage petty cash and expenses.
• Support management with financial insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 -2 years of UAE experience (real estate industry).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/MS Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000 per month
