Job Summary

We are seeking an Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate books of accounts, and support monthly and annual financial reporting. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Maintain general ledgers and ensure all accounts are up to date.
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and vouchers.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits.
  • Maintain records for GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / QuickBooks / MS Excel (depending on your company’s system)
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic tax compliance
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
