Key Responsibilities:1. Design Development &amp; Conceptualization<ul><li>Lead interior design concepts for hotels, resorts, hospitals, clinics, and wellness facilities.</li><li>Develop and present design ideas, mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations.</li><li>Create environments that balance functionality, comfort, and aesthetics&mdash;tailored to guests, patients, and staff.</li><li>Ensure designs reflect brand identity, healing environments, and user experience principles.</li></ul>2. Project Coordination &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Prepare and review working drawings, technical details, BOQs, and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, consultants (MEP, lighting, structural, and medical planners), and vendors.</li><li>Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and standards (hospital &ndash; NABH, NBC; hospitality &ndash; brand/operator standards).</li><li>Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and maintain design integrity.</li></ul>3. Client &amp; Team Management<ul><li>Serve as the main design liaison with clients, operators, and project stakeholders.</li><li>Lead multidisciplinary design teams and manage project timelines and deliverables.</li><li>Present design proposals and material samples to clients and senior management for approval.</li><li>Mentor junior designers and oversee their design documentation and detailing work.</li></ul>4. Website Management &amp; Online Booking Portals<ul><li>Update hotel websites with latest offers, events, and seasonal packages.</li><li>Manage listings on OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) such as Booking.com, Expedia, and MakeMyTrip.</li></ul>7. Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.</li><li>Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.</li></ul>8. Reputation Management<ul><li>Monitor and respond to guest reviews on TripAdvisor, Google, and OTAs.</li><li>Implement strategies to maintain high ratings and positive feedback.</li></ul>9. Collaboration with Sales &amp; Events Team<ul><li>Coordinate marketing efforts with the sales department to support group bookings, weddings, and corporate events.</li></ul>10.
