Accountant

  • Maintain accurate financial records for real estate transactions, rental income, and property-related expenses.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tenant billing.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts related to property operations.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and tenant ledgers.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, VAT regulations, and real estate laws.
  • Assist in preparing reports for management, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Support property management team with financial analysis, ROI, and investment feasibility.
  • Manage service charge reconciliations, lease agreements accounting, and tenant deposits.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government authorities as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
