Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple financial operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records and financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and income tax filings and ensure timely submission.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth completion of audits.
• Maintain records of invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and statutory regulations.
• Support management with financial insights and recommendations for decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred).
• Proven experience as an Accountant, Accounts Executive, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Tally / Excel / ERP software.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and payroll accounting.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with MS Office and accounting software (Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks).
• Knowledge of MIS reporting.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
