Accountant

We are hiring a female Accountant with 3+ years of experience and strong expertise in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reports). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounts management, audits, reconciliations, financial reporting, and banking transactions (NEFT, RTGS, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/QuickBooks or similar software.
• Prepare and manage MIS reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
• Handle bank transactions, including NEFT/RTGS and fund transfers.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure accuracy of all financial data.
• Support management with financial analysis and budgeting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (preferably in an educational or service industry).
• Advanced Excel skills – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, MIS.
• Knowledge of Tally/QuickBooks or other accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of audit processes and compliance.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
