How You Will Contribute:
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements and operational functions such as Month-End Closing, Variance Analysis, and Accrual Accounting.
- Maintain and monitor Prepaid Amortization schedules, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage Lease Accounting in accordance with applicable standards (e.g., IFRS 16, ASC 842).
- Conduct detailed Variance Analysis for financial statements and budgets, delivering actionable insights.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Statutory Auditors, providing necessary documentation, reconciliations, and explanations during audits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations while addressing inquiries related to financial reporting and audits.
The Must Haves:
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CA Intermediate (CA Inter), M.Com, or MBA in Finance.
- 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, including IFRS and GAAP.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Oracle or other large ERP systems.
- Familiarity with US GAAP and STAT reporting.
- Background in supporting statutory audits, tax audits, and preparing indirect tax and Corporate Income Tax filings.
