Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage the financial operations of our automobile dealership/service division. The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting entries including sales, purchase, expense, and journal vouchers.

Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collections from customers.

Monitor receivables and payables, ensuring timely settlements.

Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.

Coordinate with the sales and service departments for vehicle billing and warranty claims.

Maintain accurate records for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Assist with internal and external audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com).

Minimum 1–4 years of experience in accounting (preferably in automobile industry).

Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP systems.

Familiar with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

Experience in automobile dealership accounting (vehicle billing, RTO, insurance, service).

Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).

Salary: Based on experience and industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
