About Us:

GRM MET MASH Projects is a growing manufacturing and trading company dealing in industrial components such as bearings, lubricants, and induction heaters. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Accountant** to manage our financial records, ensure compliance, and support daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and accounts
* Handle day-to-day accounting operations including billing, invoicing, and bank reconciliation
* Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings
* Monitor accounts payable and receivable
* Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements and petty cash handling
* Support internal and external audits
* Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and assist in budgeting
* Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments for financial clarity
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

* Maintain Stock entry and position.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in a company setup
* Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software
* Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing or trading industry
Familiarity with import/export documentation and costing (optional)
