We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting and inventory methods, proven collections experience and a general knowledge of HR functions.
Inventory and Cost Accounting:
- Maintain accurate records, as knowledge of inventory methods is crucial for precise costing.
Accounts Receivable and Collections:
- Manage the collections process to ensure timely payments from clients and distributors.
General Accounting:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ledger entries, and other accounting duties as needed.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare reports for management that provide insights into key financial metrics such as costs, overhead, and profitability.
HR Support:
- Provide general administrative support for HR-related tasks, including payroll assistance and maintaining employee records.
Key Requirements:
Experience: a minimum of 2 years in the UAE
Skills: good work with accounting software and MS Office
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance
Salary: AED 3500: AED 4500 based on candidate capabilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
