Accountant

​Records money: Log all incoming and outgoing cash (transactions). ​Checks book: Makes sure bank balances match company records (reconciliation). ​Pays bill: Manage what the company owes (Accounts Payable) and what it is owed (Accounts Receivable). ​Reports result: Creates key financial reports (like profit/loss statements) to show management how the business is doing.
