Job Description

1. Compliance Entity Project Execution

• Collaborate closely with Group Finance, Product & R&D, Project Management, and local business teams to support the setup and operation of the compliance entity in Turkey.
• Provide comprehensive financial support in accounting and reporting, fund and account management, process optimization, and business analysis to ensure smooth local execution of group projects.

2. Daily Financial Management

• Work with Group Finance to oversee the full financial operations of the compliance entity.
• Design and implement accounting frameworks for transactions, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP .
• Participate in local budgeting, business analysis, and process control , ensuring effective implementation of the Group’s financial governance framework.

3. External Coordination

• Coordinate with external auditors to support the Group in completing the annual audit of the local compliance entity.
• Liaise with external tax advisors to assist in tax filing and other tax-related matters, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• 5+ years of professional experience in finance or internet industries .
• Solid understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS) and local financial regulations.
• Proficient in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Fluent in English , both written and spoken; able to use English as a working language.
