Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring statutory compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations, and handling accounting for our e-commerce sales channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Handle all accounting entries, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts in accounting software (Busy/Tally).
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and perform GST reconciliation.
• Manage TDS compliance, including deduction, timely payment, and filing of quarterly TDS returns.
• Assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements and support income tax filings.
• Process and reconcile transactions from various e-commerce platforms.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses as required by the management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a similar accounting role is mandatory.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is highly preferred. Candidates from other streams with relevant experience may also be considered.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Busy and/or Tally.
• Strong practical knowledge of GST provisions, TDS regulations, and basic Income Tax laws.
• Familiarity with accounting for e-commerce sales transactions.
• Competency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Personal Attributes:
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Our office is conveniently located in the Badli Industrial Area, within walking distance from the Samaypur Badli Metro Station, making it easily accessible for candidates from across Delhi NCR.
