Accountant

We are looking for a skilled Accountant specialized in E-commerce Accounting to manage and maintain our financial records related to online sales. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling accounting tasks for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.

The role involves visiting our office once a week to update books, reconcile reports, and ensure smooth accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile e-commerce sales, returns, and commissions (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
• Maintain accounting entries in Tally or other relevant software
• Prepare GST reports and assist with filing
• Handle vendor and customer payment reconciliation
• Generate monthly financial summaries
• Coordinate with management for reports and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in E-commerce Accounting
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Tally
• Ability to analyze e-commerce reports and reconcile transactions
• Good communication and time management skills
• Available to work once a week on-site in Bangalore

Working Hours:

• Once a week (Flexible day and time)
• Duration: 3–4 hours per visit (approx.)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
