Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally or similar software, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
• Prepare and review balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts monthly.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth completion of audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist management in financial analysis and decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com preferred).
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GST returns, TDS filings, and payroll processing.
• Knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,843.51 - ₹30,541.46 per month
