JOB OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for supervising the Boutique’s Operations to ensure a delivery of outstanding and consistent customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise overall Boutique’s operations.

Assist Boutique Head in manage & control store expenses
-
Assist in Creating periodical financial and non-financial reports for management **.
-
Ensure that in store image as per Brand's guidelines and enforces implementation of visual merchandising standards.
-
Enforce the company's guidelines, policies, procedures and instructions related to work
.

Ensure that Boutique’s Inventory is managed efficiently to ensure availability of merchandise and services and that it is merchandised properly, clean and well-maintained.

Handling client- related issues and making sure all customer complaints are addressed and handled in a professional and efficient manner.

Participate in developing the Boutiques’ staff work schedules, and ensure its implementation

Ensure new products, new Guideline, new Policy and Procedures or any training materials are shared and properly explained to all Boutique staff.

Ensure that any client related issue or Employee’s incompliances is escalated when needed.

Ensure superior care and routine housekeeping procedures at all times.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
-
with at least 3 years’ experience within the sales field with at least one year in a supervisory position. Experience in Luxury Brand retail sector or watch sector will be a plus.

JOB CONTEXT
Operating Environment:
Job holder will work on shifting schedule in assigned Boutique, working at nights, weekends, and holidays may be necessary, also depending on the work requirement he/she may needs to work in other boutique in the same city or in any other area inside Saudi.
Communications & Working Relationships:
In case of Boutique Manager absence, the Boutique Supervisor will act as a communication point between Boutique’s staff and other departments in the company.
Framework, boundaries, problems & decision-making responsibility:

Share custodianship of in-boutique stock with Boutique Manager

Participates in managing the store expenses
Resolve issues faced by Staff and deal with customers complaints escalate under Boutique Manager supervision.
