- Develop and implement a streamlined procedure for inventory checks, purchases, and stock tracking.
- Perform regular inventory audits, ensuring all records are accurate and discrepancies are resolved.
- Monitor expiry dates of products and ensure items nearing expiry (within 3 months) are flagged and placed on promotional offers.
- Maintain proper records of warehouse stock levels and ensure timely updates in the ERP system.
3. Reconciliations and Audit:
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure alignment with financial records.
- Reconcile sales data from e-commerce platforms and food delivery channels, addressing discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Conduct complete audits of stock in warehouses and provide comprehensive reports to management.
- Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is available and accurate.
4. Team Leadership and Training:
- Train subordinates in key accounting processes, including opening and closing cash transactions, maintaining cash registers, and performing reconciliations.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members to ensure high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

5. Process Improvement and Compliance:
- Create efficient workflows for inventory management, purchase tracking, and financial reporting.
