Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and record keeping of Bank, cash and journal adjustment
  • Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries
  • Preparation of bank reconciliation statement periodically
  • Keeping and maintaining bank files, statement, documents and other accounting record
  • Maintain and prepare income and expenditures on monthly basis
  • Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them
  • Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank
  • Receive and process invoices and billing statements
  • Contact clients and vendors as necessary to ensure accurate and on-time payments
  • Prepare written reports for delivery to Departmental Head.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 Years in Accounts
  • Expertise in financial record-keeping and budgeting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with auditors and internal stakeholders
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
