· Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivables.

· All Purchases and accounting.

· All follow ups.

· Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds to vendors.

· Bank and inter group reconciliation

· Perform & review monthly supplier & customer reconciliations and aging analysis. Investigate and solve any discrepancies.

· Petty Cash handling.

· Proper book keeping and documentation.

· Prepare and provide periodic reports to the managers.

· Assisting in Audit, VAT, Corporate Tax and other compliance matters.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Min 2 years’ Administration and Accounting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
