Accountant

We are looking for a General Accountant for our Company. He /she plays a crucial role in managing the financial and accounting operations of the company. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting and financial principles and compliance regulations within the hospitality industry. The Accountant will oversee the accounting team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

· Manage all day-to-day accounting transactions

· Provide data for budgeting and forecasting to the seniors

· Prepare financial statements on time

· Handle monthly closing of accounts

· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

· Accounts receivables and Payables

· Prepare data for Tax filing

· Timely reporting to the manager regarding all accounting and financial matters

· Support for internal and external auditing

· Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

· Comply with financial policies and regulations

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

· Proven experience as an accountant or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

· Strong accounting and reporting skill.

· Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
