We are a growing startup focused on operational excellence and financial transparency. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who can manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support the management team in decision-making with reliable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and expense tracking.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with taxation laws and company policies.
• Assist management in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and departments for timely financial settlements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (preferably in retail, FMCG, or startup environment).
• Strong command over Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks / ERP).
• Good understanding of financial statements and tax procedures.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
