Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Director

Work Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Education: CA / MBA / M. Com / Master’s in Accounting or Finance

Position Summary:

Nexus92 is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company’s financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in bookkeeping, accounts management, payroll, and taxation, along with a good understanding of accounting principles and practices applicable to a mid-sized organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions, ensuring timely reconciliations.
• Manage monthly and annual closing processes and prepare financial reports.
• Handle payroll processing, employee deductions, and related statutory compliances.
• Manage taxation matters, including withholding tax, sales tax, and income tax returns.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow statements, budgets, and expense reports.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external consultants as needed.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support management in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.

Requirements:

• CA, MBA, M.Com, or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a mid-sized company.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of taxation, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
