Job Summary:

JVD is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company’s financial records and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns on time.
• Assist in internal and statutory audits.
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, and financial forecasting activities.
• Manage vendor and customer account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in Tally ERP / SAP / QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax laws.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• M.Com / MBA (Finance) or semi-qualified CA / CMA.
• Experience in a manufacturing or service industry preferred.
