  • Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a construction firm.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, GST filing, and finalization of accounts is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of general cost accounting and day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Experience in preparing monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and profit & loss accounts.
  • Ability to maintain and reconcile the general ledger and ensure accurate financial recordkeeping.
  • Responsible for coding invoices, setting up new accounts, reconciling accounts, and closing monthly books.
  • Performs monthly bank reconciliations, verifies deposits, and handles bank-related queries.
  • Reconciles customer accounts, manages accounts receivable and collections efficiently.
  • Verifies and processes accounts payable transactions, ensuring correct expense allocation.
  • Coordinates with external auditors, providing all required account information and documentation.
  • Supports data entry, filing, and other back-office accounting tasks as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with construction project accounting or job costing.
  • Familiarity with TDS, GST returns, and compliance filings.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
