Accountant

Job Title: Accountant (preference to CA Inter Qualified)

Introduction: We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with a CA Inter qualification to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and will be proficient in Tally and Excel. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Maintain general ledger entries and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Generate financial reports using Tally and Excel and analyze financial data to identify trends.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of financial documents and reports.
• Assist with audits and provide support during internal and external audits.
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including payroll, expenses, and invoicing.

Required Qualifications:

• CA Inter qualified (must have completed CA Intermediate exams).
• Proficiency in Tally (working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime).
• Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other regulatory compliance matters.
• Prior experience in accounting or a similar role is an advantage.

Desirable Skills:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of accounting software other than Tally is a plus.
