We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks as well as managing basic accounting functions. This position requires a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage both day-to-day office administration and financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance Support:

• Manage daily accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with preparation of financial reports and statements
• Monitor cash flow and bank transactions
• Ensure timely payment of bills and invoices
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with budgeting
• Assist with tax filing and other compliance-related tasks

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an accountant similar role
• Strong accounting background with knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred)
