We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing the financial health of a dynamic real estate firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts for multiple property transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliation of client and agency accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for ongoing projects and listings.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Work closely with management and external auditors to support financial reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification (preferred but not required).
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
